Spacious, modern holiday flat in a green residential complex in Koblenz City

This flat consists of a large living room with dining area and access to a balcony, two large bedrooms, a high-quality and fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a separately separated toilet and a small storage room.

The two sofas in the bright and spacious living area are sofa beds, so that even up to seven people can stay in the flat if required. The dining area consists of a large wooden table with comfortable chairs.

From the living room you can access a balcony, which is equipped with a table and chairs and from which you have a view of the green residential complex.

In the modern fitted kitchen you will find: washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, microwave with grill function, fridge with 3* compartments, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and of course sufficient crockery.

The flat has two bedrooms, one with two and one with three very comfortable single beds and a wardrobe with enough space for your personal belongings. The beds offer a high level of comfort thanks to their adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses (0.90m x 2.00m).

The bathroom has a bathtub with a swivelling glass shower screen and a washbasin with vanity unit. The toilet is separate.

Heating and hot water are provided by a modern gas boiler.

The equipment also includes a 40 inch flat screen TV (SMART-TV, cable TV), as well as an electric grill, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and hoover. There is free internet access via WLAN in both flats.

In Koblenz City it is generally very difficult to find parking spaces. Therefore, we have purchased three car parking spaces for our guests directly next to the house, which you can rent on request for a small fee and.

Our “Haus des Handwerkers” is conceptually designed especially for larger family and group gatherings, as well as – originally and eponymously – for craftsmen and fitters. In total, an occupancy of up to 14 people is possible.

This single-family house has 3 floors and is divided as follows:

On the ground floor we offer two bedrooms, one with two and one with three very good single beds. If required, an extra bed can be added. A shower room is available for our guests.

In the attic there are also two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with four single beds. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor.

On the middle floor, the communal floor, there is a cosy living room with two sofas, small side tables and a large TV. The sofas in the living room are comfortable sofa beds, so that the living room can be used as a 5th bedroom if necessary.
Furthermore, on this floor there is a very spacious kitchen with a large dining area and another large, modern shower room with a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with a 3* compartment, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and of course enough crockery.
The large dining table comfortably seats ten people.

We attach great importance to very good sleeping comfort, i.e. all beds have very comfortable mattresses and partly individually adjustable slatted frames.

The house is also equipped with a hairdryer in each bathroom, as well as an iron and ironing board. Everywhere in the house you have free internet access via WLAN.

Heating and hot water are provided by a modern gas boiler.

This flat is located on the second floor of the main house.

There are two bedrooms, each with two very good single beds, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for a 5th person if necessary, a kitchen with a cosy dining area and a shower room with a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker with exhaust bonnet, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and of course enough dishes.

On the ground floor there is also a utility room with a tumble dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. Guests staying with us for a longer period of time are welcome to use this room free of charge.

Enjoy our small, pretty courtyard behind the house when the weather is nice. Here you can sit together comfortably, relax or even smoke a cigarette, because our holiday flats are all non-smoking flats. We are happy to provide you with an electric barbecue on request.

Guests arriving by car have the possibility to rent one of our two parking spaces directly in front of our house for a small fee.

There are two bedrooms in this flat, one with three single beds and one with two single beds. The comfortable beds have adjustable slatted frames and very good 7-zone cold foam mattresses. There is also room for an extra bed in the second bedroom.

In the living room of the flat there are two sofa beds with slatted frames and very good mattresses, so that this room can also be used very well as another bedroom. In this case, the TV can be placed in the kitchen to have a communal lounge.

From the living room you have access to a balcony with comfortable wicker chairs.

The kitchen is very well equipped with: Oven, electric cooker with extractor bonnet, a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and of course enough crockery.

There is room for up to eight people at the large dining table.

Adjacent is a utility room with a second fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc.

If all bedrooms are fully occupied, there are two additional showers and two guest toilets in the basement of the house. If you use these facilities, we ask for your indulgence that we have to charge a separate cleaning fee.

There is also another washing machine for communal use.

The large garden with a sunbathing lawn, large terrace with dining area and a permanent barbecue area can be used by all guests in the house.

The parking spaces on our property are available to our guests free of charge.

Two bedrooms each have two, one bedroom four comfortable single beds with adjustable slatted frames and very good mattresses.

In the living room of the flat there are two sofa beds, also with slatted frames and very good mattresses, so that this room can also be used very well as another bedroom. In this case, the TV can be placed in the kitchen to use it as a communal lounge.

The kitchen is very well equipped with: Oven, electric cooker with extractor bonnet, a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and of course enough dishes. The large dining table comfortably seats eight people.

In the large bedroom there are two very good single beds, which can be placed separately but also together, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, so that you have enough space for your personal belongings, and a desk by the window. We can also put another single bed instead of the desk, so that the bedroom can also be occupied by 3 people. A fourth person could also use the sofa bed in the living room if necessary.

On the ground floor of the main house there is a communal utility room with a tumble dryer and iron and ironing board. Guests staying with us for a longer period of time are welcome to use this room free of charge.
