Our “Apartmenthaus Abendsonne” is located in a quiet residential area in the Koblenz – Wallersheim district, only a few metres from the Rhine.
Each flat has its own bathroom and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Three of the four smaller flats have a combined living room and bedroom, one has a living room and a separate bedroom. The two larger flats each have a living room and two bedrooms.
Except for the flat in the basement, each flat also has a south-west facing balcony with a view of the greenery.

Surroundings
Through a small street opposite the Abendsonne flat house, you can reach the banks of the Rhine after only a few metres. From here you can take a wonderful walk along the banks of the Rhine or cycle into the city of Koblenz. A small pedestrian ferry, which also takes bicycles, will then take you across the Moselle to the Deutsches Eck on the edge of Koblenz’s old town.
Stroll through the old town with its pretty half-timbered houses and use the cable car from the Deutsches Eck to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, which was built especially for the BUGA and from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over Koblenz and where events such as concerts or exhibitions often take place.
Excursions
You can quickly reach the surrounding area of Koblenz via the B9 and the motorways. Your location is therefore an ideal starting point for excursions to the neighbouring low mountain ranges: Westerwald, Taunus, Hunsrück and Eifel, as well as the Rhine, Moselle and Lahn valleys with numerous castles and palaces.
Here in our beautiful region you will find something to suit every taste: Hiking tours through the dreamlike mixed forests, cycling along the Rhine or the Moselle, wine tastings, the butterfly garden in Sayn Castle, feeding deer and pony rides at the Remstecken forester’s lodge, the go-kart track in Lützel or even the Nürburgring car racing circuit… just to give a few examples,
