This spacious holiday flat (approx. 92 sqm) is located on the upper floor of the Abendsonne flat house; It consists of a bright, large living room, two bedrooms, a south-west facing, sunny balcony, a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a guest toilet and a small storage room;
The bedrooms are each equipped with two very comfortable single beds, which can be placed together or separately, and a wardrobe; If required, there is also space for an extra bed or a cot in one bedroom;
There are two sofa beds in the very spacious living room, so this flat could even sleep seven people
There is a dining table with four chairs in the spacious and bright kitchen; The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker (ceramic hob) with extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and, of course, plenty of crockery; We can provide you with an electric grill on request;
From the kitchen you have access to the balcony; There is another table with chairs so that you can eat there or simply enjoy the peace and quiet in the evening and perhaps even the sunset with a glass of wine;
The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle and is nice and bright thanks to a large window. There is also a guest toilet and a storage room in the flat;
The flat is also equipped with a flat screen TV (SAT-TV) and internet access via W-Lan.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available to our guests in the basement of the house.
You can park your car in our private car park directly in front of the house (small fee) or at the roadside at any time. If you are not travelling by car, you can easily reach the city centre of Koblenz by bus; There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the house;
Heating and hot water are provided by modern gas boilers; Our rental prices always include all energy costs, such as gas, water, electricity and internet access via Wi-Fi;
All our flats are non-smoking.
