In some of our houses there are several flats, so that if you are travelling with several families or groups, you can stay under one roof, but still have your own realm.
All accommodations have their own fully equipped kitchens and, of course, their own bathrooms and are equipped with everything that makes a stay pleasant. We place particular emphasis on comfortable beds and cleanliness.

Gästehaus Koblenz
Our Gästehaus Koblenz is a holiday home specially designed for groups (6 to 25 people) with 3 self-contained flats of different sizes.
The two flats on the upper floors are primarily suitable for smaller groups or families of only 2 – 8 people. The large flat on the ground floor offers space for 10-12 people with 5 bedrooms and a large kitchen/living room. You are also welcome to book the entire house for your group trip or family celebration.

Our “Apartmenthaus Abendsonne” is located in a quiet residential area in the district of Koblenz – Wallersheim, only a few metres from the Rhine. We offer six self-contained holiday flats in this 3-storey residential building.
Haus-des-Handwerkers
Our Haus-des-Handwerkers is conceptually designed especially for larger family and group gatherings, as well as – originally and eponymously – for craftsmen and fitters.
Over 3 floors you will find four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The accommodation is fully equipped and offers a high level of comfort.
The banks of the Rhine are only a few metres away on foot.

2 identical holiday flats in a green residential complex in Koblenz City
Our two holiday flats Koblenz-City are located on the second and thus upper floor of a residential building with a total of only 6 flats.
Both flats are identical. They are just under 90 sqm in size, very generously furnished to a high standard and offer comfortable space for 6 people.

In this one of our Koblenz holiday homes, we offer our guests two ground floor flats with one bedroom each and a second floor flat with two bedrooms.

Our house is situated in a quiet but very central location on a small square in the Goldgrube district of Koblenz (which gave the house its name). With 3 self-contained flats, each comfortably accommodating up to 5 people. There is a communal garden with garden furniture where you can relax from the stresses of the day and enjoy a barbecue in the summer.

Dear guests, we are growing! We are very pleased to present our new flats to you. We are renovating a house for you in the centrally located “KO-Goldgrube” district. The result will be 3 flats that are a sight to behold.
Unfortunately, according to our information, the Moselle ferry that takes you from the northern bank to the Deutsches Eck is still out of service. Please use the Balduin Bridge as an alternative – by bike, car, public transport or on foot.

In the summertime, the Oberwerth open-air swimming pool on the Rhine and, alternatively, the city beach on the Moselle are particularly suitable. Here, not only the children but also the whole family of all ages feel at home.

Having grown up with pets ourselves, we have a very positive attitude towards dogs. Over many years, we have had mostly very positive experiences with guests who travelled with their dog. Therefore, dogs are always welcome here.
