92sqm holiday flat with 2 bedrooms for up to 7 people
This spacious holiday flat (approx. 92 sqm) is located on the mezzanine floor – only a ½ flight of stairs up from the entrance – of the Abendsonne flat house. It consists of a bright, large living room, two bedrooms, a southwest-facing, sunny balcony, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a guest toilet and a small storage room.
The bedrooms are each equipped with two very comfortable single beds, which can be placed together or separately, and a wardrobe. If required, there is also room for an extra bed or a cot in one bedroom.
In the very spacious living room there are two sofa beds, so that even seven people could sleep in this flat.
In the spacious and bright kitchen there is a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker (ceramic hob) with exhaust air, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and of course enough dishes. On request, we can provide you with an electric grill.
From the kitchen you have access to the balcony. There is another table with chairs, so you can eat there or just enjoy the peace and quiet in the evening and maybe even the sunset with a glass of wine.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower cabin and is nice and bright due to a large window. There is also a guest toilet and a storage room in the flat.
The flat is also equipped with a flat screen TV (SAT-TV) and internet access via W-Lan.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for our guests in the basement of the house.
You will find free parking for your car in our private car park directly in front of the house or at the roadside at any time. If you are not travelling by car, you can easily reach the city centre of Koblenz by bus. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Heating and hot water are provided by modern gas heaters. Our rental prices always include all energy costs, such as gas, water, electricity and also access to the internet via W-Lan.
All our flats are non-smoking.
