This cosily furnished flat (approx. 45 sqm) on the upper floor (1st floor) of the Abendsonne flat house consists of a bright living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a south-west facing, sunny balcony.
The living area is made up of a comfortable sofa bed, a desk and a flat-screen TV (SAT-TV).
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and of course enough dishes. The dining table can seat up to 4 people.
In the bedroom there are two very comfortable single beds, which can be placed together or separately. There is also room for an extra bed or a cot.
On the balcony there is a small table with chairs, so you can eat there or just enjoy the peace and quiet in the evening and maybe even the sunset with a glass of wine. If you wish, we can provide you with an electric barbecue.
The shower room is bright and friendly due to a large window.
The flat is also equipped with internet access via W-Lan.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for our guests in the basement of the house.
You will find free parking for your car in our private car park directly in front of the house or at the roadside at any time. If you are not travelling by car, you can easily reach the city centre of Koblenz by bus. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Heating and hot water are provided by modern gas heaters. Our rental prices always include all energy costs, such as gas, water, electricity and also access to the internet via W-Lan.
All our flats are non-smoking.
