This flat (170sqm) is located on the ground floor of the house and has:
5 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, 2 communal living rooms, a terrace, a large eat-in kitchen and a utility room with a direct access to the communal garden area with barbecue.
The living area of this flat consists of two rooms. From one of the living rooms you have access to a terrace with seating furniture. A PC can also be connected to the TV (32 inch flat screen) with digital SAT connection, if necessary, in order to listen to music or play back recorded films.
The kitchen is very well equipped with: Oven, extra large ceramic hob with extractor bonnet, a large and a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and of course enough dishes. Adjoining is a utility room with a second fridge, iron and ironing board, hoover, etc.
The large dining table can seat up 8- 10 people. If there are more people staying, we will provide an extra table with chairs.
In this flat there are two bedrooms with 3 single beds each and three bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The comfortable beds have adjustable slatted frames and very good 7-zone cold foam mattresses.
There are two shower bathrooms and a guest WC in this flat. If all bedrooms are fully occupied, two additional showers and two guest toilets are available in the basement of the house. However, we ask for your indulgence that we have to charge a separate cleaning fee for the use of these facilities.
There is also a washing machine for communal use.
The large garden with a sunbathing lawn, large terrace with dining area and a permanent barbecue area can be used by all guests in the house.
The parking spaces on our property are available to our guests free of charge.
All our flats are non-smoking flats.
