This attic flat is located on the 2nd floor. It has approx. 65 sqm of living space and consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room.

The two bedrooms are each equipped with two very comfortable single beds and a wardrobe with enough space for your personal belongings.

The living room is visually divided by wooden beams of the half-timbered house into a living area with a cosy seating area and TV and a kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area with comfortable chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker (ceramic hob) with exhaust air, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and of course sufficient crockery.

The flat faces the historic courtyard, but you can also watch the Rhine ships from the kitchen window.

The modern bathroom has a shower with a glass shower wall, a large washbasin and a toilet and is nice and bright due to a large window.

Heating and hot water are provided by a modern gas boiler.

The flat is also equipped with air condition and a flat-screen TV in the lounge, hairdryer and free internet access via WLAN.

Furthermore, a laundry room with washing machines, dryers, iron and ironing board, as well as 2 bicycles for fetching bread rolls are available to our guests free of charge.

In the warmer seasons, our guests can use the beautiful courtyard with several partly covered seating areas. Whether for breakfast, sitting together or to relax with a glass of wine or beer from the day’s activities. We are happy to provide you with an electric barbecue on request.

Free parking is available at the roadside or in a public car park not far from the house. On request and if available, we also offer parking spaces in our own car park behind the house for a small fee.

Holiday flat 2 – Ferienhaus Rheinblick-Koblenz

Spacious holiday flat for 5 people with 2 bedrooms, shower room and guest WC

This holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of our “Ferienhaus-Rheinblick”. It has just under 80 sqm of living space and consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a dining area, two bedrooms, a shower room and a guest toilet with a washbasin.

One bedroom is equipped with two, the second bedroom with three very comfortable single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) and a wardrobe for your personal belongings. There is also a chest of drawers in the hallway.

In the bright living room there is a cosy sitting area, a dining area with comfortable chairs and a fully equipped,modern kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric 4 plate cooker with exhaust air, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and of course enough dishes.

The spacious, modern bathroom has a shower with a glass shower wall, a washbasin with vanity unit and a toilet. There is also a guest toilet with a washbasin in the flat.

Heating and hot water are provided by a modern gas boiler.

The flat is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer and free internet access via WLAN.

This flat is located on the second floor of the main house.

There are two bedrooms, each with two very good single beds, a living room with a TV and a sofa bed for a 5th person if necessary, a kitchen with a cosy dining area and a shower room with a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker with exhaust bonnet, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and of course enough dishes.

On the ground floor there is also a utility room with a tumble dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. Guests staying with us for a longer period of time are welcome to use this room free of charge.

Enjoy our small, pretty courtyard behind the house when the weather is nice. Here you can sit together comfortably, relax or even smoke a cigarette, because our holiday flats are all non-smoking flats. We are happy to provide you with an electric barbecue on request.

Guests arriving by car have the possibility to rent one of our two parking spaces directly in front of our house for a small fee.

Heating and hot water is provided by a modern gas boiler. Our rental prices always include all energy costs, such as gas, water, electricity and also access to the internet via W-Lan.

This maisonette is located on the 2nd floor. It consists of a cosy living room with a modern kitchenette and a dining area, a sleeping area, which is accessible via a staircase, and a shower room.

The wooden beams of the half-timbered construction make the living room very cosy. It is bright and friendly and offers a fantastic view of the Rhine from all windows. The living area is equipped with two comfortable sofa beds and a dining table with four chairs and thus also offers space for families with 4 people.

The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker (ceramic hob) with exhaust air, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and, of course, plenty of crockery. The

The sleeping area in the upper part of the flat can be reached via a wooden staircase and is equipped with two very comfortable single beds standing together. From the bed you can look directly onto the Rhine.

The living area is made up of a comfortable seating area directly by the window with a view of the Rhine.

In the kitchen, there is a dining table with four comfortable chairs directly by the window, from which you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the Rhine. This holiday flat is located on the ground floor of our “Ferienhaus-Rheinblick”.
It consists of a very large, combined living room/bedroom, an eat-in kitchen and a large shower room.

In the living room there are windows across the entire width of the room, so that the room is very bright and friendly. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Rhine and watch the Rhine ships when you sit at the small table right by the window.

The beds have very comfortable mattresses (0.9m x 2.00m) and can be put together if required. The two sofas are excellent sofa beds, so this flat is also suitable for families with 4 people.

In the cosy kitchen there is a dining area for 4 people. The equipment of the modern fitted kitchen includes: a dishwasher, an electric cooker (ceramic hob) with exhaust air, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and of course enough dishes.

The spacious bathroom has a large ground-level shower with a small shower seat, a washbasin and a WC.

The flat offers a spacious bedroom, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area and a large, bright shower room with a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker with exhaust bonnet, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a fridge with freezer compartment and of course enough dishes.

In the large bedroom there are two very good single beds, which can be placed separately but also together, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, so that you have enough space for your personal belongings, and a desk by the window. We can also put another single bed instead of the desk, so that the bedroom can also be occupied by 3 people. A fourth person could also use the sofa bed in the living room if necessary.

On the ground floor of the main house there is a communal utility room with a tumble dryer and iron and ironing board. Guests staying with us for a longer period of time are welcome to use this room free of charge.

When the weather is nice, enjoy our small courtyard behind the house, which is furnished with flower tubs and a pavilion. In addition, there is a utility room in the main house with a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, which our guests who stay with us a little longer are welcome to use free of charge.
