Small but nice flat with direct view of the Rhine
This flat is located on the 1st floor. It has approx. 45 sqm of living space and consists of a spacious living/bedroom, an eat-in kitchen and a large shower room.
The sleeping area is equipped with two very comfortable single beds, which can be placed together or separately and can be converted into a sofa during the day with the help of a backrest, and a chest of drawers for your personal belongings. The living area is made up of a comfortable seating area directly by the window with a view of the Rhine.
In the kitchen, there is a dining table with four comfortable chairs directly by the window, from which you can also enjoy a wonderful view of the Rhine. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric cooker (ceramic hob) with exhaust air, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, a combined fridge/freezer and, of course, plenty of crockery.
The modern bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, WC and towel heating is very spacious and, due to a window, also with a view of the Rhine, beautifully bright and friendly.
Heating and hot water are provided by a modern gas boiler.
The flat is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer and free internet access via WLAN.
Furthermore, a laundry room with washing machines, dryers, iron and ironing board, as well as 2 bicycles for fetching bread rolls are available to our guests free of charge.
In the warmer seasons, our guests can use the beautiful historic courtyard with several partly covered seating areas. Whether for breakfast, sitting together or to relax with a glass of wine or beer from the day’s activities. We are happy to provide you with an electric barbecue on request.
Free parking is available at the roadside or in a public car park not far from the house. On request and if available, we also offer parking spaces in our own car park behind the house for a small fee.
All our flats are non-smoking.
